Filling the Gap

Level-3 Fast Charging Without 3-Phase

Lack of available charging infrastructure outside of metro areas causes range anxiety among many EV owners. This paradigm results in a lack of EV adoption and loss of access to more rural locations where dollars from EV owners could act as an economic driver in rural development.

The U.S Department of Energy estimates that a Level-3 Fast Charger will need to be located every 50 miles to provide adequate coverage and promote additional EV adoption.

In many of the "gap" locations installing the EdgeEV70™ single-phase Level-3 Fast Charging system is a low-cost alternative to expensive solar or battery options or 3-phase infrastructure installation.
